Over the past few years, Poppo’s has gone from an all-family crew of owner-operators — with some strongly held principles and a nostalgia for the original San Francisco’s Mission District Taquerias — to a multi-restaurant operation, employing dozens of wonderful people and expressing our principles with an intensity we couldn’t have predicted.
